Dear IAEE 2024 Participants,

The final program for the concurrent sessions, poster sessions and Ph.D. Day presentations can be found below. ( Click to download the program. ) Please note that this is the final program and further changes regarding the presentation date/time would not be possible.

Oral presentations and Ph.D. Day presentations are supposed to take no longer than 15 minutes per speaker, questions included. There is no particular format for the slides. Presenting authors can bring their presentations in a USB drive, or access a personal drive folder online before the presentation by using the computers in the classrooms.

Posters for actual presentation at the conference must be brought by the presenter directly to the conference venue and must be in ANSI E size (34in. x 44in.) or ISO A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait or landscape format. We have no other requests concerning the format, and the presenter can arrange the layout as they prefer.

Information about the venue, detailed conference program and other important topics can all be found at the conference web site. We are also pleased to announce that a mobile app has been developed for the conference to avoid distributing printed content to the participants. Please make sure to bring your mobile phones with you to the conference venue. Complimentary Wi-Fi access will be provided for all participants.
